Melissa Kelly
Livestock Product Segment Lead
New Holland Ag
Melissa Kelly is the livestock and dairy segment lead for New Holland Agriculture North America. She oversees a portfolio of equipment, ranging from small and large hay equipment to mid-range and utility tractors — including the T6.180 Methane Power tractor and Powerstar Battery Electric Vehicle.
Prior to joining New Holland, Kelly has 20 years of experience across various roles with New Holland’s parent company, CNH Industrial, including as a manufacturing engineer focused on round baler welding, technical support lead and global product quality. She was also the first female chief engineer in CNH Industrial history for round balers and the small square platform.
Kelly’s past roles and experiences have helped New Holland, and its sister brands, consistently deliver high quality and valuable products to their customer base. One of Kelly’s focuses as a segment lead is the continuation of the New Holland emphasis on ecological sustainability and customer and dealer relationship development and retention. A significant part of her role is getting out into the field to engage with dealers and customers, securing feedback and insights on how to improve upon the product in the field, the barn and beyond — a responsibility Kelly enjoys tremendously.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering technology from the University of Pittsburgh.
Matt Leuck
Technical Manager for North America,
Neste US
As Neste’s Technical Manager for North America, Matt serves as the principal technical point of contact for the Renewable Road Transport team, providing expertise to stakeholders about renewable fuel’s position in the larger energy picture – how it works in engines, the value it provides, and its widespread applications.
Matt believes that all solutions are needed to fight climate change, and renewable fuels will be a big part of the energy mix in the future.
Dr. Graham Conway
Staff Engineer – Low Carbon Technologies
Southwest Research Institute
Dr Graham Conway works at Southwest Research Institute where he manages the Low Carbon Technologies group within the Powertrain Engineering Division. His team focuses on several areas including low-carbon fuels, life-cycle analysis, carbon-capture, and fuel-cell electric vehicles.
Dr Conway is passionate about educating the public and policy makers on the benefits and challenges with different powertrain types. He obtained his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds in the UK in 2012 and has worked at the Southwest Research Institute since 2015.
